LITTLE ABOUT ME | My name is Heather I’m a wife, girl mom, fur mom, colorist, and friend. I have been behind the chair since 2018. You can find me painting away in my studio at the Hive Salon studios located in Louisville, KY. Creating lived in + low maintenance/dimensional color that is customized to you is my passion. I also specialize in hair extensions. I’m consistently learning new techniques + investing in education so you can rock the hottest looks. Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment I require a credit card on file and the following policy:
I understand that things can come up. I value your time and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. No call/No show to the appointment will result in the full cost of the scheduled service charged to your card. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
Late Policy:
I look forward to giving you a great experience. In order to get the most out of your time booked, it is important to arrive on time. Guests who are late up to 15 minutes may require modification to their booked appointment. If your goals cannot be be met with the suggested modifications, the late cancellation policy will be in place. Should I run behind I will do my best to reach out to you in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to my lateness there will be no charge.
Saved Payment Method:
All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor.
Service Adjustment Policy:
Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
